The Netherlands

Identity check There is one thing worse than not having a contacts address: Having the wrong address. Use the NL Identity Check to confirm if your contact still lives on the address you have registered in the past.

Movers check Have your contacts moved? NL Movers Check can tell you their current address. Prevent sending mail to old addresses, just creating return mail. Use the NL Movers Check to update your database with the latests known address for your contacts.

United Kingdom

Addresses are matched against the Royal Mail Postal Address File – PAF – the complete UK database for every known address you could deliver a mail piece to.

National Change of Address The Royal Mail NCOA suppression file flags who in your database have moved address and enables quicker communication of marketing or critical information - There are 43 million entries within NCOA, over 100K additions are made monthly.
Moved away Checks addresses using the National Change of Address 'flagged' registry for people who have moved away, but where their new location is not known.
Deceased check The Bereavement register enables you to identify and remove those records where the individual has passed away. On average a deceased person will receive over 80 items of mail following their death and with 600k deaths a year in the UK, this amounts to a lot of wastage.
Mailing Preferences Ensure that you take into account the UK Mailing Preference Service. Avoid mailing contacts who have registered to have their details removed from mailing lists - an important qualifying component for the tariff-reducing Advertising Mail products offered by the Royal Mail.

United States of America

CASS Certified™ address correction that standardizes address abbreviations and address formats, corrects the spelling of streets and cities, increases the likelihood of deliverability and adds missing postal data including nine-digit ZIP™ codes. Also includes additional address and mailing information based on DPV™, LACSLink® and SuiteLink® processing.

Change of Address Checks for households and businesses that have moved and updates addresses using the Enhanced Change of Address (ECOA) service. This service uses sources such as magazine subscriptions, catalog houses, insurance and credit companies to ensure business-critical communications are delivered to the right contacts without delay.
Deceased check Identify and remove those records where the individual has passed away. Reduce unnecessary expenditure and, more importantly, avoid causing further upset at a particularly distressing time.
Do-Not-Mail Avoid mailing contacts who have registered to have their details removed from mailing lists. This service is based on a compiled list of do-not-mail registrants. According to USA.gov, there are a variety of ways that individuals can sign up to be on do-not-mail registries.

Germany

Check your records against CVR (Det Centrale Virksomhedsregister). CVR contains detailed information on all Danish companies, including fiscal reports, management information, and status.

Change of business records CVR is the Danish state's master register of information about businesses. Through DataCloud, you can search businesses and find their CVR numbers, addresses, business type, etc.
