So can you explain more about what goes wrong? Does tomcat throw some exceptions or what happens? What's in your log files?

Hello Kesper,

Thank you for your answer,

There's no exception, all what i have made is that i had placed the .war file in the webapps file in tomcat repertory, after, i had started my tomcat server, no error, when i visit http://localhost:8080/DataCleaner-monitor there get this error

Etat HTTP 404 - /DataCleaner-monitor

Either you put the file in the wrong location, or else you should have some error indication in the logs/console of Tomcat.

Does it create a DataCleaner-monitor folder inside the webapps folder, when you start up Tomcat? That's the way Tomcat will normally unpack the .war file.
